Silence & longsuffering are the most perfect acts that a man may have. For it is by this silence & patience that he lives and, if he wants to speak, or if he wants to let others speak through him, it makes him mortal. If he really wants to live, he should always remain silent & suffer God alone to speak, for what God utters is life.
